MISSION

Boundless Faith Community Youth Concert is a Christian-based youth concert whose purpose is to reach lost students, encourage students, and pray with students. Boundless Faith Community Prayer Concert is hosted by the Boundless Faith committee, a subcommittee of the Bristol Community Prayer Breakfast.

HISTORY

The Bristol Community Prayer Breakfast Committee discussed a growing desire to reach more students with the gospel in 2023 following the annual Bristol Community Prayer Breakfast held in the Spring of each year.  After prayer and consideration, the committee of leaders determined that a morning event was not ideal for reaching students.  It was recommended by a committee member that works with youth ministries and schools that we leverage the back to school time frame, the weekend of prayer over students that is held during the First weekend in August, and create an evening event that appeals to students to share the gospel with them. A subcommittee name Boundless Faith was formed.

STRATEGY

By working with corporate sponsors, a large portion of the event costs will be offset making the event free for most students and youth groups. A small portion of floor seats will be sold to offset additional audio visual expenses. Students will bring canned food items that will be placed in Food City bins in order to help replenish Second Harvest Food Banks’ supplies to help families and students in our region. Over the summer, when students do not have access to free breakfast and lunches, food banks supply much needed canned food items and groceries. The event will enable us to help replenish the food pantries that will assist families continually throughout the year.
